Ok so I got this rainbow wolf about 4 days ago from a shop out of town. I checked him over and everything looked good and I was super stoked because Ive been trying to find one of these for almost 3 years now locally. So today I finally get to see him out and about and I notice hes covered in the little white demon spots. Normally I use the salt+raised temp remedy for all my cichlids. Is this and ok method for the wolf also? Hes in a 55 with some small Black Devils (<1") and he was eating in front of me finally today. Ive got an Emperor 400 on the tank for filtration running the basic cartridges.
Heres the kicker, in 3 days Im going out of town for my wedding for 12 days. I have a friend watching over my fish and all that and hes pretty good. But I was just going to let the salt and heat run a couple days over the normal 10 that I usually run. Will that be ok? thanks guys

Ive been treating him for two days now and hes still eating like a monster, So Im not super worried. I think everything will be ok.
