Hi I need help this dosnt look like ich but covers all his fins and recently one of his eyes were cloudy what could this be??

closer pics would help but looks like ich. At very least turn temp up high and add aquarium salt. Should help over the next day or two. If no improvements may need to try parasite or bacteria treatments.
