I have 4 of these in my 100gal tank. All have this on different fins. I’m assuming it’s ICH but want to make sure before I crank up the heat or drop meds in.

the third photo it’s hard to see but it’s very small on the top fin.

Ok so my fish are “fine” or should I treat for Ick with meds or heat.

They may have something, its just hard to tell, and in the first pic and 2nd looks like something is amiss, yet I don't recognize what, right off hand.
It could be fungal, could be bacterial (if it is bacterial) raising water temp may not be a good idea.
What are your water parameters? pH, nitrate, water hardness?

One flipped and sank this morning it’s still breathing

temp 78-79
PH 7.2
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Can’t remember hardness but everything was in the safe zone
