ICH QUESTION NEEDS ANSWER ASAP PLEASE

IM IN THE MIDDLE OF A WATER CHANGE AND MY FISH HAVE ICH. IM TREATING THEM WITH SALT. QUESTION IS....SHOULD I RINSE OUT THE FILTER CARTRIDGE?? IS IT OK?? OR SHOULD I JUST LEAVE IT BE??

Rinse out your filter with some of your aquarium water (in a bucket) and raise your temp a few degrees. Change your water 20% each day and add salt with each water change.
