Will raising the temp to 85f harm the fish at all and I can't tell if my newly added fish has it there's so many air bubbles in the tank it's hard to tell but it definitely looks like it none of the other fish have it this would be my first battle with it.

Unless you indicate what fish you have this would not be possible to answer. Different species handle temperatures differently. Also, 85F is not the prescribed temperature for ich. 86-87 is preferable.

Posting other conditions in the tank is also a good idea. Higher temps not only can harm some fish but it reduces oxygen in the tank for all fish. If you have plants, or a bacterial bloom, or an overstocked tank, or very little water oxygenation, you already may be on the low side with oxygen.

There are of course some fish that can handle 85F with flying colors, but it's not a given.

Agree with the Dr,
and if 1 fish has ich, you must assume the entire tank must be treated.
The stage where a fish has white spots, is only one stage.
There are other stages you can't see, and those are the stages where the parasite is vulnerable to treatment.
While it is a white spot, it is basically immune to treatment.

OK so my fish stock is 1 RTC 1 Shovel nose cat. 1 clown knife. 1 aro. 1 arapiama. 1 gar. 1.asian spotted pleco. In terms of oxygen sources I have 3 fx6 all breaking surface tension. 3 fusion 700 air pumps on 3 different 12 inch air stones. And 2 maxi jet 1200s set to the oxygenation mode. Water test is ammo zero nitrite zero nitrate zero and the pH is at a 7.6. I have been doing 5 percent water changes everyday for the last 9 days to get ride of the planaria worms in the tank. Also the gar is the one displaying the spots but a couple of the other fish are flicking. I keep a fish medicine cabinet with everything I would need in terms of treatment and I have a huge bottle of ridich but I don't kno if this is the best route that's why I came to you guys first.

Also I believe this may of happen when my power went out for 6 hours do to the electric company working on the power lines so I pulled out my generator and just had the air going and I would rotate one filter on 2 off every 30 min to save my bacteria I keep my tank at 80 degrees period it never goes up or down even 1 degree but when I had that power outage the tank went down to 71 degrees I don't kno how it dropped so my fast I think my house was just freezing but I think this is how they got it I could be wrong.

I hope that was anuff info. you guys are the best thank you for any help in advance.

Base on your stock list they can withstand 86F without any problems for few days.

If any fish are flicking, they are infected whether you see spots or not, one of the most common areas for ich to attach is the gill membrane, which is not visible, unless you remove the fish from the tank, and look directly at the gills.
This is why any new fish, or feeders should be quarantined, and observed for at least a few weeks, before adding to the main tank.
Rid ich is a good treatment, especially where scale less fish are concerned.
With those fish, I assume your tank is in the 1000 gal range, so you will need quite the dose, and the may need to be treated a number of doses. I usually dose the tank every day for 3 days, take a day off, and start over. And vacuum thoroughly before adding each dose, to remove any dormant cysts.
I just treated a 500 gal system, and use @16 oz of Nox Ich and about 20lbs of salt.
