I had that problem with a loach of mine, the Ich kept coming back. I was told to get a hospital tank and have one on hand always so that any fish that has Ich or another type of disease may have a place to stay without infecting or reinfecting the rest of your tank. Sometimes Ich will come back several times, try not to stress your fish out alot also. If you do have a brackish fish in freshwater try adding a little aqauarium slat to the water also, that helps to.
