if it is ich, i cant really tell from the pics. you definatly wanna turn up the temp 85/86 is good. then add aquiarium salt (not normal salt) 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons. you can also use a treatment from your LFS. do a good water change, then treat 3 days. fish should start to clear up day 3. if not, take 1 day off and repeat.
the heat speeds up the life cycle of ich,
white spots feed of fish, then reproduce in the water. heat does it quicker, salt and treatments kills the reproduced desease in free water.
hope that helps, i just overcame a case of ich now. (day 4, 99% of all symptoms gone)
