So I previously had ich in my tank from a mango plecko I treated it for a week and a half the fish did better but I can not tell if the fish have it again

My tank is also a planted tank with lleybaia and swords what would be a plant friendly ich treatment that would be effective

The rope fish still has ich. What did you use for treatment? Seachem paraguard is plant friendly but you have to dose everyday and treat for up to 3 weeks.

Any medication will lower O2 because you will reduce the space for it. Water conditioner's lower O2 when you add it to water with chlorine/chloramine. If you are worried about oxygen then increase the surface agitation. Seachem Paraguard is safe for eels and other scaleless fish.

How long did you use (treat) with Nox-Ick, I usually treat with any medication for about 3 weeks.
Inert Ick can lie dormant in the substrate, and reinfect a week or 2 (or more) later..
Just because you don't see spots on a fish for a day or more, doesn't mean it's gone.
Its also good to vacuum the substrate to help remove dormant cysts, and then add the proper medication dosage to the new make up water.

I will be doing this process but would this kill off my bacteria

Also can dosing paragaurd for a month straight affect my bacteria should I be adding stability as I dose

If your tank has been fully cycled, Paraguard won't destroy the cycle, and you shouldn't get ammonia or nitrite spikes. However, if you are in the process of cycling your tank, Paraguard might affect it. I never lost a cycle when using Paraguard.

Vacuuming the gravel once a week is not enough during an ich infestation. You should be doing it at least every other day if not every day.
