Ich

I recently had an Ich outbreak, its under control now but i am wondering how come only some of my fish get the ich. It seems only my Loach, rainbow shark, and pictus get the ich while my eclipse, dinosaur eel, and pleco do not. Is there any reason for this?

its just that some fish are more succeptible to diseases than others and generally the only way to kill a bichir is if a meteor drops on it

Loachs at least are notoriously susceptible to ich as are many smooth skin cats.
