So I was looking at a couple neon tetras in my piranha tank and noticed something that I did not like. One of the neons had about 6-10 white spots on it. I immediately got rid of it.

What can I do to help prevent it from moving to the piranhas?

I also have a smaller tank with a few of the same batch of neons and a bunch of guppies. Those neons had them too. I got rid of all the neons now.

I think I should also treat that tank.

The guppies and the piranhas look ok so far.

I would also get rid of the guppies to, you never what they got. i would do a 30% of water change every 3 days and raise up the temp. add aquarium salt.

What he said!

other than that, go out and buy that package that says "FUNGUS" @ WalMart.. add one of those tablets in and you'll be fine.. it'll make your water go green but it'll go away in a day or two.. or what they said, raise the temp and add aquarium salt.
