Ick on clown loaches

I've only had it once or twice before on scaled fishes and added salt and mela and pima fix and it was gone the next day. What is the best way to get rid of it on clown loaches?

there is a sticky on the salt treatment wich has worked for me but i have found a slightly heavy dose of sea chem para gaurd works best on them. this is my opion and what has worked for me several times.

Salt and and a temp of 86 deg. If you can't cure it with that, the fish are too stressed out.

I just got the f#*kr yesterday and today he has 2 spots.
