ick or fin rot ?

1. i have a 35 gallon hexagon planted tank with 2 sword tails,1 black widow tetra,1 ,1 lear tail molly , gourami and a pregnant black molly and a pleco . and 1 fancy guppy and 1 ? that friend gave me (it is in picture that i am attaching ) i have been treating them at half dose for ick because of the pleco but now im not sure if it is ick or fin rot ,should i remove the pleco and put him in my 55 gallon tank ,it has tetras in it and a columbian shark i dont see any signs that the pleco has ick or fin rot ,i have a hospital tank 10 gallon but at this time it has pregnant guppies in it.i am pretty new at this stuff and jumped in head first lol. please help

Honestly, I have never seen a common pleco with ich. The first pic is a german ram and they can become aggressive. So what you are seeing on the fish may be nipping by him, and the molly doesn't look like she has ich either...........

I cant see any fin rot or ich either , maybe try new photos

No that looks like your Ram is picking on the other fish.. Looks like bite marks to me.. good luck figuring it out...
