I started ick treatment (heat 90 degrees) over a week ago and I have not seen ick for about 7 days. 10 days will be Wednesday. If it doesn't show up again tomorrow should I start lowering temp in tank again or wait until next week which would be a full 2 weeks of 90 degrees temp.

I have never had a time when waiting was bad. That being said you dont want to overstress. Did you slowly bring up the temp? Also what meds are you using if any
