I have a small 50litre tank with clown loaches (7 half inch loaches). They are just in there until they grow then going into my other tank. They have gotten whitespot due to being in there at the end of the cycle which, unavoidedly has stressed them a bit.

What I have done so far is raise the temp from my usual 26 to 32.

I have held the temperature at 32 for 5 days so far and have added aquarium salt - 2 teaspoons per gallon.

How much longer is this needed, nearly every whitespot has gone from the fish, by tomorrow the last few spots probably go, when is it safe to reduce the temperature and reduce the salt?

2 tbsp is too much....1 tablespoon per gallon is enough. do 30% water change evry 3 days and if u have QuICK Cure then that'd help. my clown loaches had ICK to the very last stage....where the whole body is covered with it...and i healed it by raising temp/salt/medicine. so im sure your loaches will be fine.

Salt helps lower the effects of nitrite poisoning. So keeping that in the tank until a few weeks after the last nitrite reading is a good idea. And you could keep it in the tank for ever with out harm. i would keep the temp raised for 1 week after the ick is gone. Cause it may be still free floating in the tank looking for a host for awhile. I know you do not like meds but adding that quick cure will also kill any free floating ick that may be in your tank. I would do the Q C for 3 days as well.

32 Deg C is about 89 deg F. I keep all of my loaches about 84 Deg. It helps reduce the chance of external parasites. If I do get Ich, I raise the temp to 86 Deg F or higher. I would leave your temperture the way it is for another few days and lower it to about 82-84.

If you wish to use salt, dissolve it first. Doesn't matter whether it is table salt or 'aquarium' salt.
