ID and Gender help

Pretty sure it’s a type of lethrinops, but not sure on type or gender, looks female to me but i hear they color up late

Possibly Naevochromis chrysogaster

Hard to tell because many genera show the three spots.
The dent behind the eyes in combination with the more elongated mouth looks a lot like Otopharynx.
