It's NOT a Polypterus Endlicheri Congicus but a "thin stripes" Polypterus Endlicheri Endliceri.
How to tell them apart is that congi have 8-10+ stripes and endli have 5-7 stripes, 6 most of them. Head shape also doesn't look very similar to a congi. A juvie congi's head shape looks very similar to a Nigerian wide head lap, but will start to change as they get bigger.
