Is the first picture showing a female Guttulutam???

Is this how 3" Vieja Guttulutam's baby looks like????

Any male in the group???? or are they all female???

Larger fish looks more like fenestratus, but it's pretty much a guess in the washed out stress colors.

For a positive ID you'd have to have it comfortable in a tank for a while.

The small fish could be any sort of Paratheraps species, they all look almost identical when small. I'd say they're not gutts as the black stripe doesn't run the full length of the body.

I second modest_man...i was thinking fenestratus as well for the first pic, but the colors are faded stressed colors. they could change drmaatically once comfortable in the tank.
