Looks like one of the Herichthys carpintus complex, of which there are a number of similar looking species. So as Crazy mike said, without a closer pic, its hard to know.

Herichthys tamasopoensis

there are plenty of others such as minckleyi, cyananoguttatus, cazones, deppii etc etc

No it is not a Carpinti..

that is a frame and structure of a Texas Cichlid.
