From the tiny bit of visible coloration in the first picture (just below the front of the dorsal), my guess is either a stressed or very undominating Aulonocara nyassae (common blue peacock). But I am no expert, just an enthusiatstic ametuer. I'd wait for this to be confirmed or refuted by one of the others here.
 
Stressed? when i got him he was absolutely colorless... has been coloring up more and more everyday... new pics soon... but this means he was stressed right? and now that he's coloring up he should be happy correct?......... fyi turtles will be put in my pond as soon as thier big enough..... thanks guys and still drop your opinions of the species of the peacock. new pics later today
