Bifasciatus shows a black blotch above the lateral line erea.Fenestratus tends to have more
Barring that is unbroken from the lateral line.
Fenestratus comes in quite a few regional variants making I'd more confusing.
I must say the female shows a lot of fenestratus characteristics. The male looks all bifasciatus though.

Bifas has a second dark blotch above that lateral line, (the bi in bifas), which is visible in the video.
Here is a rio chacamax bifas I had, which is very similar.

The name fenestratus relates to the window, spot, and bar pattern, which seemed to be very much like a group windows to the original describer, Gunther in 1860, these show a fairly prominent group of vertical dark bars which are really not noticeable in the OPs pics.
The bars can come and go with mood, but in wild caught (normal color) variant I had (before I had a camera), were almost always visible.
