the cat is a featherfin african catfish... i would say yes to the oscar being a veil tail it looks longer then normal>> cant tell u the pleco

Pleco- L191 (dull eyed royal)
Cat- Synodontis eupterus
Oscar- longfin tiger oscar with some torn fins
