I think it's in the headstander family. I've seen it before, just don't know the name. Any other info would help too. Thanks!

They are not a headstander and as stated are from Africa. They are pretty common too. D. lelusso is more rare and looks just like a sexfaciatus except it has a longer snout. My LFS has a 14" D. lelusso for $60.
