hi, what type of catfish is this?Flash zebra or regular jurense? I am tempted to buy this one if this is a flash zebra

AFAIK, there is no consensus on whether "flash zebra" is just the same species as juruense, a regional variant, a sub-species, a different species, or the same species but on a different diet or that came for the wild and have not lost the wild colors.

This fish sports nice, unusual yellow hues, if the camera renders colors right. IDK if it will keep them, improve them, or lose them.

Flash have the gold bands. Jurense have the grayish. I don't know whether they stay like that long term in captivity.

I replied your email already, did it get through? anyway, I live in se asia, did u mean the albino wells catfish on the photo? it maybe possible to ship the fish to your location but it will cost alot and I dont know how much. Most of the fish here are imported from countries like Taiwan, Singapore, and rarely from European country. cheers
