im saying he because i was sold a guaranteed male so lol we'll see what that guarantee is worth+

and the other pic is from a find at a local PETSMART lol it was sold to me as a fire mouth $7.99 canadian from what i can find is some parrot hybrid i was thinking barred midas parrot , hogbooma x, i dont really have clue but if i cant id i buy lol ,

the pics are god awful i realize, and the first pic is of the mystery fish, the pics dont really show off how parrot like the mouth is, regardless he/she is very nasty , i had it in a tank with just one similiar sized rd female and i had to take her out he was beating the brakes off of her , it may just be me but i cant figure out what the heck it is,
any help would be appreciated and if anyone has any bright ideas on how to take decent pics i would be open to suggestions my point and shoot .....sucks lol

alright to clarify
pic #1 what the heck is it
pic #2 m or female and what variety are we talking here

First pic is of an unfaded Red Devil, mouth might be a little deformed and impossible to sex with looking at the vent. Second pic is an ZZ Flowerhorn, don't know the sex but if I had to guess I would say female.

i have red devils both large and small , and they are all bright orange, and there mouths are completely different from this one, i wish you could just see it in the tank with out the use of my wackado camera.
will this "red devil" fade out or is it going to be barred? regardless $8 bucks well spent for the mystery

as far as the flowerhorn lol thanks for the species info and so much for the male for sure im telling you , you guys have no idea how hard it is up here to get decent fish from people who know what the heck there talking about...
