They be Mono's. Based on the second shot in post #3, the one in the pictures looks to be developing two gold-ish makings going from the first "bar" all the way through to the tail as seen in the picture below.

As for them being Ocell's, the whole red eye thing could help, but, I have also see Peruvian mono's have red eyes as well. The gold around the bars (IMO/IME) only accrue in Guyana Ocells. Also, i think Ocell's are more golden in color then in mono's, more bland then in Ocells and Kelberi's. As picture below states.

As for it being a Guiana Ocell, I think not. As the third bar isn't receding higher to the dorsal fin. As picture below shows.
