Id help please

Not even sure if this is the right section as these are a bit out of my norm but for $2 each, I couldn't resist. Sorry for the crappy pics as they don't really stay still. I believe they're some sort of barb but they seem to have a really cool glow on their fins.

I'm happy about that. Just did a google search- seems like they are basically jumbo tinfoil barbs.
