looks like a lethrinops of some sort but since its completely silver kinda hard to say, but it could be a female... where did you get it??
here's a pic I googled female lethrinops and this female looks like your fish a little... yours good be a male not colored yet.

I received five of these fish from a friend which got rid of his tank. He thought they were sulfur heads but I don't think that's right.

well if it starts to look like this in the future then that is what is is but by the shape of the face and mouth I'd say Lethrinops, but either way it would be lucky to score a be a nice male of that species and if you got some females as well even better!
