alright guys, i need some serious help. i cant tell what kind of black piranha this is, i called the place i got it from and they have no idea(aka dumb.) anyways he is about 4inches long and here is a picture so you can get a bunch of angles. please and thank you :)
 
Like Hoyo12 said,Sanchezi Piranha. It's basically a Rhombeus, but only grows to about 7". Like true Rhoms, they need to be kept alone. They can't even be kept together. In the wild, they feed on small fish and the fins of larger fish. The English name is Sharp-Snouted Piranha.

There are two classes of piranha: the schooling PYGOCENTRUS and the single RHOM........The piranha pictured above is definately a RHOM class type.........MOst likely a Sanchezi...........The Sanchezi maxes out at 7-8 inches..........No other tankmates PLEASE.........This fish is a real fin nipper.......

I've been looking at pygos and serras all week, and that is a serrasalmus sanchezi. Nice find :D
