Id help

Hey everyone, i just purchased a 110 gal the other day and this whatever what you call it came with it (seems to be some kind of filter or pump, correct me if im wrong please)... Im sorry for being such a noob but if anyone can help tell me what this thing is i would appreciate it.

Yeah it's a some kind of power head with a media box filter???

Powerhead filter. You could probably detach the filter box thing from the powerhead.

I have seen that model before, but now I can't think of the manufacturer! I believe it came with a spray bar originally.
