I have a 10g....
-100w heater
-emperor 280 filter
-powerhead
Can this be enough to get started?
I will search this SW forum in regards to setting up and cycling with live rock and sand. It seems to me to be worth it for a 10g, but is it?

Ill need..

-a light fixture
-hydrometer
-salt
-live rock and sand
...anything else?
Thanks for your help if you responded.

I'm no expert on salt but you seem more prepared than I was on my 10 gallon salt and mine worked out fine so I think you will be too

i've checked the SW section in regards to cycling. I cant find if I can simply drop in live rock and sand and monitor levels from there? And am I just checking nitrites and ammonia? Of course I would already have the salinity settled.
