I picked up a new plec today and was wondering what it is...I'm thinking something from ancistrus, but am not really sure. It has a remarkable resemblance to the blue eyed panaque, but I'm pretty sure it isn't one.

So please give me scientific and common name for the pleco as well as the L-number (if it has one) and the approximate value.
Any information is welcome too. ie- max size, preferred foods, etc...

Here's some lousy pics, I'll try to get better shots when he comes out of his hiding place. (the tank isn't cloudy, it's just my lousy camera...)

Thanks in advance!

Thanks, I will try to get better shots so you and other members can be sure what he is.

Anyone else have ideas either? :)

don't forget to put some driftwood in there if you havent already, they feed off of it and get ready to see massive amounts of waste :)

Thank you to everyone! There are 2 gigantic pieces of driftwood in the tank which he can endlessly feed from. I plan on adding 2 more.
