I'm not a fish expert but I'm 99% sure it's not a Medusa. Why? because I've had a 7 years old albino shortfin at 6 inches not far from 7inch. Also medusa are much wider body wise. I'm sure that's a common bristlenose.
 
Definitely not a Medusa, but not a common either.
Without a collection point, these are extremely hard to ID.
 
i want my bristle nose to grow up and to be maie, these guys look amazing! Sweet fish for only a good price
