Well, I'm 99% sure that he is the Toxotes jaculatrix... but just to be safe, what do you think? heres some pics...

these pics were all taken about a year ago so hes a lot bigger now.. You cant make it out very well in the pics, but he has the yellow and black in the tail which seems to meet the description found on www.liveaquaria.com for this species of archer ....

"It has a triangular shaped body that is primarily silver in color. Many elongated spots adorn the side of these fish, as well as black and yellow markings on the dorsal and anal fins. "


so... Toxotes jaculatrix... am I right?
 
Thats what they look like to me. Mine look like that sometimes, but sometimes they lose all of their color. It's wierd.
