Sure it is jardini...
Because it got some spots on the 3 tail fins, and it's barbel is very short too...all of this are jardini's characteristic.

Arowana had divided into :Asian Arowana (Mainly 3 species), South American Arowana (2 species), Australian Arowana (2 species) and African Arowana (1 species).

Jardini is one of the species from Australia, and the other Australian Arowana species is Leichardti.

For the detailed information, i suggest you to read those threads on this Arowana section...

There're two kinda aussie aros. They are the Scleropages Jardini (Pearl arowana) and Scleropages Leichardti (Red Spotted arowana)

Yours is the jardini which is more common here.

Yup!..Jar for sure.

So much info to learn, don't be lazy and expect to be told everything with a single thread. Check out the sticky threads at the top of this forum, they are packed with info.

read many articles already and still cant figure out the difference between tha jardini and the leichardti just by looking at them lol.. but some day for sure i'll id them immediately..
