Looks to be a Palmas Polli.
There is a slight chance of it being a Retropinnis, but to say for certain will need a clearer photo of the eyes.

What's with the bumping?
You asked for ID, I have given it.
Retropinnis if it has a ring of spots around it's eyeballs, Palmas Polli of it hasn't.

haha. Instead of bumping, maybe try getting a better pic of the eyes as suggested. TGM has good knowledge of bichirs.
