ID my color changing fish please!

So this is an interesting fish. He came with my first aquarium that i got off craigslist.com. He is constantly changing colors. Sorry i didn't get him in any of his other colors, i just thought i'de snap some pics real quick and see what you guys thought.

Anyway, he will be all orange one minute, then all black the next. He can be orange with black stripes or black with orange stripes. I was wondering what he is and how big he will get, as well as what prompts his color change?

Agree with ibr3ak..... it is a P. crabro. The reason for their interesting colour change is written in the following link:

I have a bumble bee in my 135 gal; and he spawned with one of my other cichlids(unknown as to which one) and I now have 4 2 inch fry.
