That's a Penguin Tetra... as for what it's good for - This site will get you many responses such as "Oh, it's a good feeder"
But in reality, yours is pretty much fully grown, likes schools, and is a normal "tetra" so to speak.

i dunno my 3 are kinda bullies. they are not that peacful. and one has a pot belly. is that a girl? or just over fed?
