Your first one is a type of geophagus but i don't know which. It kinda looks like the one from this tread from today http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=231925
Your other is a species of Satanoperca but I'm having a hard time seeing on my small laptop screen. Does it have three distict dots? If so its a daemon. Try to get some closer pics and I'm sure someone with better knowledge (and screen) can tell you what it is.

1st is probably Altispinosa or a young Tapajos.
Second one is Satanoperca Jurupari (a true Jurupari).
