I believe the fish with the black line through its eye is the cupid cichlid, Biotodoma cupido, and the other fish is one of the Geophagus surinamensis-type eartheaters, I can't tell which one.

nope, that one with the black line through the eye is a G. Taeniopareius.

Geophagus taeniopareius is the one with the orbital stripe, which strongly suggests the other is Geophagus abalios.
