It is whats known as a gold saum - often referred to as the false green terror. However, if you refer to it as a Gold Saum everyone will know what you mean. All three of the 'Green Terror' species are labelled as such and it can become complex if you go into too much detail.

it known as a gold saum, I think the scientific name is Aequidens sp

Aequidens or andinoacara rivulatus. I believe it is andinoacara now.
