Raphael Catfish? No. He doesn't have whiskers.

Here he is chillin with my little common in the 30 gallon. They are both around four and a half inches. He has a spotted stomach as well as his fins.

Thanks, I actually really, really like this little thing. Just want to figure out what the heck he is! He was sold to me as an L137 but I refuse to believe it.

I too would say L139. The speckles rule out L137

It also explains why the seller thought he was a L137 as the color and pattern in some stock is the same. The only thing is none of them have spots on their body like this guy does. Opinions?
