picked this little fella up a couple days ago and changed colors immediately after introduction, so i haven't the slitest idea of what this fish is, so im asking you know.
ID my new cichlid?

Looks to me like some type of acara but I'm really not sure. I'm am sure however that someone on here can give you something more specific.
things in that tank are a little hectick right now as my channel cat decided he doesn't like to hide anymore, so im in the process of getting him a new hiding spot.
the Archocentrus sajica doesn't look like it did when it wasn't stressed, before the catfish started causing havoc. it was a brightish red colore with a mixture of colors, nothing major, but just like speckling kinda like a red devil with the colors splashed on.
