Got it as part of a package deal as a 191.... But I've been told its not that. Been told it's a 190 or maybe a l27 gold line? Would appreciate some input! Thanks!

Typically I find planet catfish more reliable than a google search. Often there are misidentified fish all over google image searches.

With that said the 127 that you had suggested is not showing up as a type of royal. Just wondering if that was a typo or something I am missing?

Matteus Matteus L27 is a panaque to. Its scientific name is panaque armbrusteri. Its an luxurious version of nigrolineatus wich is L190 and L191. This particular pleco throws me of. It looks like an L191 but the coloration screams L27.

Thank you. Yeah I haven't found much exactly like it. The guy I got it from said he bought it as a 191 as a baby

Haha i saw i made a typo when i posted my pic. Its not an 191 its an 190.

Even if your royal is an 190 you made a good deal. If its an L27 youve made a good deal as they are quite expensive. At least here in sweden. A specimen in that size is about 200usd here in sweden.
