hes about 4 inches long, looks like his whole tail is turning red, also top fins have red tint to them. any idea what type of cichla he is?

I think monobecause of the solid black lateral line going from the last bar to the tail , different marking and I think I am not for sure but I think mono's get bigger ? and everyone has a different opinion of what they like so its up to the individual
