I picked up this little one yesterday. All I know about it is that it's African, semi-aggressive, and not supposed to get bigger then 6". He's only about 2", so this might be juvie coloring.

I figured I would give a description, because it is very camera shy when the lights on. The base color is a pinkish-tan with an iridescent blue shine, and the body stripes show more when it's sitting still. The fins are yellow with a black stripe on each, and the anal fin has a egg spot. The tail is solid yellow. It has a black spot behind the gills, and two tan stripes on top of the head between the eyes(one above the eyes, one below).
I'm fairly sure that it is either a Melanochromis, or Pseudotropheus. Beyond that I don't have a clue.
