ID of this ATF please

As title, please enlighten. Im saying it'a a vitiatus.

One more thing is, really would love to know how to identify the lateral line of an ATF.

Is it the distinctive silvery line?

Looks like 3 scales from ll to pelvic fin. So Taft would be my guess.

Oh my, how is it to spot the lateral line... T_T I actually came across this picture and many other post especially by Chix for a long time and still have no clue on how to identify LL.

Just my best guess when looking at ur photo. Wait for the other members as I'm still learning to ID these guys. Blow up the pic and see the silvery line running across the body.

But yes chix is thread is the standard to use.

Silvery line, alright i think i got it already. Difficult part now is counting how many scales is in between haha. Any tips?
 
Blow up the pic and count. That's what I did on my phone.
