ID on an awesome Victorian

Yes i agree.. more pics needed for proper ID. Nice looking fish though.

He's a cross between latifasciata and thickskin. The body shape is correct for thickskin, the anal and caudal fin are coloured right for thickskin. BUT the bars are too thick for thickskin; they're more latifasciata-like. The stripes go into the dorsal which is a latifasciata characteristic.

Yeah, there's nothing in that pic that would conclusively state it as being anything other than a hybrid. He has great color though!

This guy is pushing my "favorite" fish in my main tank. Right now it's my otter point peacock as #1, but this Vic's attitude is outstanding. He does not let anyone push him around. I have a 8" moorii dolphin that gets picked on by this 2.5" Vic!
He even protects the female zebra obliquiden I have in the tank even though she shows no interest in him.
