They were at That pet place in Lancaster. The fish room manager ordered them in for his own set up and said they are definitely azuls. I had doubts so I left them.I'll admit that I'm the worst at identifying baby cichla but they don't look like the young zuls that other vendors have recently brought in.
Which shop are they at?
Ah,That Pet Place.I haven't been out there in a few years as I kind of removed them from my radar when their selection started to take a bit of a dive.Nice place but it became not worth the drive. They were at That pet place in Lancaster. Selection is horrible, I was there for filter supplies and always walk through the fish room. I was stunned when I saw the bass. Might head back to grab some of these guys though. Some bass guys on a Facebook group said they are Azul, guess I'll take a chance.Ah,That Pet Place.I haven't been out there in a few years as I kind of removed them from my radar when their selection started to take a bit of a dive.Nice place but it became not worth the drive.
Apparently things have not gotten any better there. You are much closer to TPP than I am and if I wanted some zuls my only other option would be to pay double or more than that price(with shipping charges factored in) by ordering from a vendor so I go on ahead and give them a shot. They very well could be piquiti.Selection is horrible, I was there for filter supplies and always walk through the fish room.
