looks to me shane like a Channa marulioides, tank in long run 7ft/3ft and up, they grow to around 26inches.....hoiw are you buddy? that your's?
no not mine, there is a guy trying to shift them on AC, £35 each, but if they are that sp then no thanks .lol...

Hi,yes Id say its marulius,its a monster and you better get ready to get a tank big enough to keep him in the future,they are really big species reaching sizes similiar to micropeltes,if not bigger!
