It kind of looks like Astatheros robertsoni. $15 isn't a bad price if you want it. My local store sells them at 3" for about $10.

Robertsoni - and $15 is a great price, if it's similar to what is pictured. They are very rare, so I could easily justify paying that, even for smaller ones. BUT! Given that ad, it is also likely that this is just a generic photo, and not necessarily even the same species you would receive.
I would ask up front before buying it just based on that photo.

No, big Texas and big jd I have sold in advance, then the fire mouth I'm sticking in a 20 gallon for now, and the tiger pike I will probably take to pet store immediately because of my bad experiences with them. Then the other pike and Robertsoni cichlid will be in a 55 yes! I planned it all out
